ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We accept all United States and International orders unless one of our carriers are unable to ship to your location. This will be evident if you can not check out. Please allow up 5 business days for your product to ship out of our plant excluding weekends. Orders over $250 may require you to be present to sign upon delivery.
If you use PayPal to pay for your order, please be aware that your PayPal account must have a confirmed address, and that PayPal’s information regarding payment by check is not applicable for purchases made through Pro-Lineracing.com. Pro-Line is not responsible for any policy changes set for by PayPal.
If your billing and shipping addresses do not match you may be contacted in order to verify your address. This is done as a precautionary measure. Your order will be placed on hold until Pro-Line receives your confirmation.
If your order is flagged for fraud from our credit card processing company, your order will be delayed until your information can be properly verified.
Pro-Line reserves the right to cancel any orders that are flagged as possible fraud through the credit card processing company.
ORDERS, PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS
All orders must be pre-paid and will be captured within 5 business days. All Pre-Orders or Back Orders will be shipped by the release date indicated on the product page.
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries, please call 1.800.899.RACE (8-3:30 PST)
When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
When available, visitors may have the opportunity to post reviews, comments, photos, content, suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." Pro-Line Racing attempts to be as accurate as possible.
