We will gladly accept your returned item(s) within 30 days for Prolineracing.com credit or refund if you meet the following criteria: 1. Item(s) is/are still in new and resellable condition. (We don't accept any items that have been used such as tires glued to wheels but never run, wheels with scratch marks from where the wheel nut was tightened down, clothing that has been worn and/or washed, etc.). All unique circumstances for refund or credit are determined on a case by case basis. 2. A copy of your Prolineracing.com Receipt Damaged/Missing E-mail customerservice@prolineracing.com so we can go over your order and make sure that what you ordered is what we shipped to you. If there is something missing (or damaged in transit), the item will be shipped to you free of charge. |
